About Us

 

Diversity Early Learning Center is a child care and educational program highlighting and celebrating the inherent diversity of the world we live in.  DELC provides a safe and nurturing environment with experienced educators, allowing children to feel comfortable to unlock their full potential. Diversity Early Learning Center strongly believes in an individualized early education experience,  avoiding a "cookie cutter" approach that may not be effective for every family.

 

Each family has unique needs; our thorough orientation process allows educators to get to know each family as individuals, learning more about their daily practices and preferences pertaining to the physical, cognitive and social/emotional needs and goals that they may have. This allows for a customized plan, developed by the parent and educator for each student attending DELC.

 

At Diversity Early Learning Center, children are encouraged to explore the world around us through music, art and literature while incorporating math, science and social experiences throughout the day.  By employing a multicultural focus, educators inspire our children to learn how our differences connect us everyday.
